This is the most challenging and significant part of the trek. We will be crossing Throng-la at( 5,416m), the highest point of our journey. To make the climb easier, we'll start before 5 AM from Phedi, using our headlamps to light the way. It's a challenging ascent, and you'll feel the altitude, but the breathtaking views of Chulu West peak and the sunrise on Throng peak and Yakwakang peak make it all worthwhile. Once we reach the top of Throng-la, at 5,416 meters, take the opportunity for individual and group pictures before beginning the descent. After enjoying the moment, we'll start descending, heading towards Muktinath. Here, you'll experience very different landscapes often referred to as a mini Tibet in Nepal, particularly in the Mustang region. Along the way, consider visiting the Muktinath temple and experiencing the spiritual significance by taking a holy shower in the 108 water spouts within the temple area. After such an intense day, you'll likely need some well-deserved rest.
