We genuinely can’t recommend Gelu enough for the Everest Base Camp trek, from day one he made us feel at ease and educated with the trip and ensured all of our questions were answered before we started. We were trekking as part of our honeymoon and Gelu and his team were just brilliant at running the trip for the whole group and making our time so special. Our Sherpa Gelu was especially helpful when I was not well on the trek (food from Kathmandu may I add, not anything on the trek!) but his advice and care ensured I made a speedy recovery and could continue with the trek. The whole trip was better than we ever imagined, Gelu and his team made such an effort to get to know us all and also encouraged us to get to know each other as a group, which made the trek one of the most special experiences of our lives.
